Our olive oil products are pressed from olives grown in Northern California, in the Wolfe Family Tassajara Valley ranch. We carefully maintain our olive orchard with natural and biological fertilizer and pest control to maintain sustainable practices. We hand-pick our olives and made our products in small batches to create high-quality extra virgin olive oil. We offer a variety of great tasting products such as extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegar and honey.
